There is no established requirement for the time you must wait between one visit and the next, but there should be a reasonable amount of time and a valid excuse between visits so that the customs officer does not think that you are using the ESTA visa to try to live in the United States. Otherwise, your ESTA visa could be revoked and you could be denied entry to the country.
